1. Where is your office located?
Activator is located near Peking University in Beijing, China. Our address is #1015 Yanyuan Plaza, No.151 Zhongguancun Bei Dajie, Haidian District, Beijing, China.

2. What are your business hours?
We work from Monday to Friday, 8:00am-17:30pm. Work on Saturdays and Sundays can be arranged if requested in advance.

3. What language services do you offer?
Activator offers multilingual interpreting (including simultaneous interpreting, consecutive interpreting, liaison interpreting and voice-over services), translation and professional foreign language training.

5. What are your service standards?
Activator bases its interpreting and translation standards on the Chinese national standards GB/T 19363.1-2008 as well as AIIC professional standards for interpreting services.

6. How should I contact you if I decide to work with you?
If you would like to use our translation services, please send us the file for translation by email or fax. When we have reviewed the file we will send you our quote. Only after you have approved the order will we start our translation process.
If you wish to hire our interpreters, please get in touch with us – either via telephone or email – to discuss your interpreting needs. Once we have a full picture of your interpreting requirements, we will send you our quote.
